Dairy Crest has appointed Alastair Murray as finance director with effect from September this year.
Murray, who replaces Ian Laurie, has been finance director at The Body Shop for the past four years and also gained experience in edible products during his time as finance director for Dalgety Food Ingredients between 1994 and 1998.
At the same time the dairy giant has appointed Howard Mann, president and chief executive of McCain Foods Toronto, as a non-executive director.
