Our expert judges loved the “good punchy flavours” and use of ingredients in this risotto (rsp: £2.50/250g) with a “brave flavour profile” of porcini mushrooms and white truffle. Our consumer panellists, especially those in the South, approved of the texture, flavour, smell and appearance, and 62% thought this brought something new and different to ambient ready meals.
