Albert Bartlett is returning to the movies thanks to a major tie-up with Disney.

The potato supplier’s Scotty Brand will sponsor the studio’s upcoming 3D film, Brave, which is set in Scotland.

Under the £1.5m deal, a TV ad for Scotty will air in July. The campaign will also feature press advertising and on-pack promotions.

Scotty Brand marketing manager Michael Jarvis said Brave was a “great fit” for the brand. “It is set in Scotland, and both Brave and Scotty have family values,” he said.

Albert Bartlett and Disney previously teamed up for a campaign for Toy Story 3, involving Rooster potatoes, in 2010.
