Organic Irish smoked

salmon producer Kinvara is extending its expertise into other fish varieties and the freezer cabinets with a range that makes its debut in London's Whole Foods Market store this month.

Kinvara has been working with local fisherman to develop the range, while remaining committed to

sustainability in fishing.

The frozen fish range consists of monkfish, plaice, organic salmon, lemon sole, haddock and langoustines, all priced from £3.39. The fish are

frozen within hours of

arriving from the fishing boats.

Fresh mussels will

complete the line-up.

"The launch into Whole Foods Market provides us with a great chance to showcase our new range," said MD Declan Droney. "From the initial response, sales have been even better than we expected - this is certainly an exciting time for Kinvara."

The range will be rolled out to other multiple

retailers later in the year, according to Kinvara.
