Halal brand Najma has announced its first-ever TV campaign, due to air at the end of August.
The Golden Acre Foods-owned business said the £300k investment marked a “significant milestone” in its growth strategy and supported Najma’s ambition to drive sales during the back-to-school period.
The initiative focuses on parents writing heartfelt, funny or encouraging notes to place in children’s lunchboxes, which it said reinforced its role as a ”trusted, convenient halal option for busy households”.
The campaign will be supported by out-of-home activity through geotargeted placements near store listings, mosques and high-density Muslim areas.
It will also be supported digitally through ads on YouTube, TikTok and Meta, as well as through influencer partnerships ahead of an “experiential activity later in year”.
“This is a major moment for Najma,” said Golden Acre Foods marketing director Rebecca Cutter. “Our first ever TV campaign allows us to reach Muslim families at scale while reinforcing our commitment to providing convenient, trusted halal options.
“Back to school is a critical time for our shoppers and this campaign supports them with products that fit their daily routines.”
