Shake Shack UK is set to launch ‘The Big Shack’, described by the brand as its “biggest and boldest burger to date”.
The product features two 100% Aberdeen Angus cheeseburgers layered with lettuce, pickles, onions, tomatoes, and Shake Shack’s secret sauce.
The burgers will be stacked on a three-layer toasted potato bun, made with regeneratively farmed flour from regenerative food and farming brand Wildfarmed.
Shake Shack began using Wildfarmed’s flour in its burger buns in June 2025 and has since used more than 35 tonnes over the past year.
The flour is made from regeneratively farmed wheat grown in the UK using methods that put nature first. This focuses on improving soil health, increasing biodiversity, minimising water pollution and reducing carbon emissions through farming practices that work in partnership with nature.
The Big Shack will launch ahead of National Burger Day on 27 August and will be available for a limited time only, from 17 August to 31 August.
Every purchase of the new burger will also include a scratchcard, offering customers the chance to win prizes such as free menu items and a meal for four.
