Heineken has promoted Craig Clarkson to category and trade marketing director for the off-trade.

Clarkson, who has been trading director of wholesale and convenience since 2010, was instrumental in the delivery of the Heineken Star Retailer programme, a three-year project to boost beer and cider purchases in the convenience channel.

Dan Robinson, who heads up Heineken’s on-trade customer services operation First Point, will replace Clarkson.
