Posh salad bar chain Tossed has opened its seventh store in London this week. The store on Tottenham Court Road is Tossed's second franchise store. The first was opened last October on Baker Street. The company plans to open a further six premises this year, bringing the total number of stores to 13.
"Since opening in Paddington in 2005, we have gathered a loyal following and when we open in a new neighbourhood, we become the hub of the community," said founder Vincent McKevitt. "People like our laid-back approach but they appreciate that the food we serve is based on nutritional facts, not fads."
