Our readers have given the award for the best Grocer front cover of 2011 to Kepak Convenience Foods, for its Rustlers ad.

Readers were not the only ones impressed with the campaign, which featured a scantily-clad blonde woman peering into a fridge full of Rustler burgers, with the strapline ‘You can never have too much of a good thing’.

It also caught the eye of Tesco and meant that after two years in the cold Kepak got products back on the retailer’s shelves.

“We’re delighted. The Grocer front cover is the biggest and best showcase for any brand to reach key retail decision makers,” said John Armstrong, Kepak Convenience Foods’ marketing director.
