Bidfood has launched a new premium range of deli meats.
The Farmstead Deli range of seven premium cooked sliced meats has been designed to meet the growing demand amongst consumers for food provenance.
The product range carries either the Red Tractor or Quality Mark Scotland (QMS) certification.
The sliced meats add to Farmstead’s existing fresh meat offering and 30 frozen meat lines.
“At Bidfood we monitor market trends and create product lines that enable our customers to offer consumers what they want,” said Bidfood category manager Gokhan Ozcan. “Farmstead Deli is an affordable premium range that clearly communicates quality assurance to consumers.”
