Former Diageo CFO Nick Rose is returning to the drinks industry as chairman of the newly formed Loch Lomond Group.
The group, which is backed by private equity firm Exponent, acquired the family-owned Lomond Distillery Company on 3 March for an undisclosed sum.
Colin Matthew, who headed up Imperial Tobacco’s businesses in Africa, the Middle East, Asia and India, has also joined, as chief executive officer.
