Londis has introduced a new set of terms and conditions in a move designed to give its retailers greater value and rewards.

Its previous two sets of terms and conditions - Brand Essentials and Londis Partnership - have been merged into one: Londis 2020.

Brand director John Pattison said benefits of the revamped scheme included increased levels of business support, extra loyalty rewards, shopper insights, ACS membership and exclusive promotions.

In return, retailers must commit to four key measures around loyalty, retail standards, range and availability, including a minimum 80% loyalty to the brand and availability rates of more than 86% on products from Londis’ 150 KVIs.

“With Londis 2020 we can be confident we can drive the Londis brand to new heights and fulfil our vision of making Londis the best symbol brand offer in the UK market that is simpler to do business with, delivering profitable growth,” Pattinson said.

Londis launched an action plan last year to turn around the brand, including increasing own label lines and creating a dedicated forecourt division.
