Birds Eye Wall's chairman James Hill said: "Tony Pearce has played an invaluable role, delivering good sales growth since he joined the company in 1988. We welcome David Birrell into his new role and look forward to a continued successful future." Pearce will retire at the end of the year. {{PEOPLE MOVES }}
