Dr Pepper has launched Cream Swirl – a new limited-edition flavour promising “one-of-a-kind flavour with an indulgent, creamy twist”.
The dairy-free and HFSS-compliant drink will be available until February 2027 in 330ml cans (rsp: £1.05) and 500ml and two-litre bottles, as well as in 8x330ml multipacks.
It was designed to help retailers tap the “growing demand for bold, limited-edition flavours”, said Dr Pepper supplier Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP).
The launch will be supported by a marketing campaign including an on-pack promotion offering shoppers the chance to win prizes via a scannable QR code. Activity will also include competitions across TikTok and Snapchat, along with sampling via a ‘Dr Pepper Cream Swirl Float’ experience.
It follows the introduction of Dr Pepper Cherry Crush Zero Sugar as a limited-edition last year.
The cherry variant, which has since been made a permanent addition to the Dr Pepper lineup, was now worth £21.3m and delivered 38% of total brand growth across grocery and impulse last year, CCEP said [NIQ 52 w/e 29 November 2025].
“We’re really excited for fans to try the new Cream Swirl flavour, building on the huge success of the limited-edition Dr Pepper Cherry Crush Zero Sugar last year,” said Rob Yeomans, vice-president of commercial development at CCEP GB. “Limited editions are a great way to drive excitement, spark conversation and bring new shoppers into the brand – all while helping our customers boost their soft drink sales.”
Dr Pepper added £39.3m in sales last year, on volumes up 19.3% [NIQ 52 w/e 6 September 2025].
