Wicked Kitchen Barista Milks

The alternative milks are available in Soya, Oat, Coconut and Almond SKUs

Tesco’s plant-based brand Wicked Kitchen has launched its first line of dairy-free milk alternatives.

The brand has introduced four new plant-based barista milk alternatives into the ambient aisle.

The drinks are available in Soya, Oat, Coconut and Almond SKUs (rsp: £1.30-£1.50) and will be rolled out into hundreds of Tesco stores this week.

“These new Wicked ones are not only delicious and so good to drink icy cold, they all froth like nobody’s business and are great for cooking as well, which is what I’ve been looking for in a plant milk alternative,” said Derek Sarno, Tesco director of plant-based innovation and Wicked Kitchen co-founder.

The milk alternatives are fortified with potassium and vitamins B, B12 and D.

“My hat goes off to our super-talented plant team that works tirelessly behind the scenes to bring these and all our animal-free offerings to market,” added Sarno.
