The phrase ‘raw crisp’ may conjure up images of uncooked potato slices - but Gourmet Raw crisps are actually 100% spud-free.

The brand has combined sprouted buckwheat, vegetables, herbs and seeds to create a range that is slowly dried rather than fried - which means the ingredients retain their enzymes and nutrients, said the company.

The snacks are available in red pepper, beetroot and spicy Thai flavours (rsp: £1.99).
