Bevisol's Help For Heroes cider takes off

A brewer has so far raised £12,000 for Help for Heroes through sales of a cider created to support the charity.

The 5% abv Hereford’s Pilgrims Cider is produced by Herefordshire-based brewer Bevisol and listed in Morrisons, Wetherspoon and by wholesaler Matthew Clark.

Bevisol, which developed the medium cider last year, said it hoped the drink would continue to deliver strong sales. “We have had a great response from the trade,” said a spokesman.
