McDonald’s UK & Ireland is bringing back its World Heist menu with new items from seven different countries.
Available from today (22 September), the menu features mains, sides, desserts, sauces, drinks and breakfast items for the first time.
McDonald’s will be launching the Big Rösti from Germany, which features a 100% British and Irish beef patty layered with a potato rosti, streaky bacon, a cheese slice, baconnaise and cheese sauce, served in a toasted glazed sesame-topped bun.
Alongside this, the fast food chain is rolling out the Maple & Cheddar Chicken burger from Canada. It features a 100% chicken breast fillet in a crispy coating, topped with cheddar cheese, onions two ways, lettuce and tomato, with a mustard maple sauce and citrus mayo served in a toasted poppy and sesame seed bun. Both mains will be available until 19 October.
Across sides, McDonald’s is bringing back Mac & Cheese Triangles from the UAE after a “hugely successful appearance” in last year’s World Heist menu.
It will also be launching Paprika McShaker Fries from the Netherlands, and a Szechuan Sauce from China, both of which are available until 16 November.
From Canada, the food-to-go chain is rolling out a S’mores McFlurry made with marshmallows, biscuit crumb and chocolate sauce, alongside a Guava x Sprite Zero drink from India.
For the first time, the food chain will also be adding breakfast options to its World Heist lineup, with a Chicken & Egg McMuffin and a Chicken & Bacon McMuffin from Australia, available until 16 November.
McDonald’s launched its first World Heist menu last October, featuring items from Poland, Indonesia, Malaysia, Canada, Japan, Australia and the UAE.
