Bidfood festive food menus

Bidfood has launched a range of cost-saving tools and resources designed to help businesses maximise margins, upskill staff and reduce waste this Christmas

The online festive range brochure will include digital Christmas menu planners, a selection of chef-curated costed recipes, festive products with tiered pricing, waste reduction tools, and ready-to-serve products that reduce labour costs.

Available for download via Bidfood’s website, the brochure adds to the foodservice provider's existing tools, such as the recently refreshed Unlock Your Menu industry support hub, its online learning platform, Caterers Campus, and its sector-specific support page. 

In addition to the brochure, Bidfood's culinary development team has created 12 new Christmas recipes, which are available to watch as short recipe videos. 

The dishes include a pulled turkey & caramelised onion sage puff pastry roll, a smoked salmon bruschetta, and gingerbread French toast.
