Chairman Robert Graham with the Gold Top Extra Thick Jersey Cream

Graham’s The Family Dairy has brought back its Gold Top Extra Thick Jersey Cream in time for Christmas.

Seeking to capitalise on growing consumer demand for less-processed, full-fat dairy, the limited-edition SKU (rsp: tbc) will be available at selected retailers during the festive period.

It comes as the family-run business continues to experience a resurgence in its Gold Top Jersey Milk.

“Over the decades, we’ve seen trends come and go,” said Dr Robert Graham, chairman of Graham’s The Family Dairy. “In the 70s, everyone drank whole milk, but it fell out of favour when semi-skimmed took over.

“Now, we’ve come full circle – people are rediscovering the natural goodness and benefits of tasty, full-fat milk like our Gold Top Jersey Milk.”

The cream is produced by the dairy’s near-300-strong Jersey cow herd and will be central to the brand’s Make it a Gold Christmas campaign.

The campaign will be brought to life through a series of short films streaming on STV and streaming platforms, spotlighting the heritage of the Stirlingshire-based family farm.

“My father started this business in 1939 with just 12 cows and a passion for quality, natural dairy,” said Graham. “Now, as a fifth-generation farming family, Christmas is a time when we reflect on that heritage and the joy of bringing families together with great-tasting food.”
