Booker launches ‘one-stop’ Chicken Kitchen range for foodservice

The almost 50-strong range, called Chicken Kitchen, includes new own-label lines for burgers, loaded fries, wraps, and salads, with variants including Buttermilk Chicken, Katsu Breaded Chicken Fillets, and Salt & Chilli Shredded Chicken
Booker has launched new chicken proposition for foodservice customers, spanning fresh and frozen lines alongside buns, sauces and sides to create a “one-stop” offer.
