Innocent dessert smoothies

The smoothies are free from added sugar and artificial flavourings

Innocent has launched a trio of creamy dessert-inspired smoothies.

Like Strawberry Cupcakes, Blueberry Muffin-ish, and A Bit Like Lemon Pie have landed in Tesco ahead of a wider rollout in Waitrose, Sainbury’s, Morrisons and Ocado from September.

Both single serve (rsp: £2.20/250ml) and multi-serve formats (rsp: £4/750ml) are available.

The smoothies are free from added sugar and artificial flavourings and are contain blended fruits and coconut milk to create a “luxurious texture”.

They had been designed to tap into the growing demand for “scrumptious me-moments and the rise and rise of ‘little treat’ culture”, Innocent said.

Containing fewer than 150 calories per 250ml serving, the smoothies were “a perfect, guilt-free indulgent treat to perk up your afternoon slumps”, it added.

Innocent remains the market leader across juices and smoothies. Its sales climbed by 5.7% to £329.6m last year, on flat volumes [NIQ 52 w/e 27 December 2025].

In September, the supplier added a pair of high-veg smoothies.

Green Goodness and Red Goodness contain a vegetable content of at least 25%, alongside vitamin C, potassium and fibre. Green Goodness is made with cucumber, lemon, apple and spinach, while Red Goodness contains cherry, beetroot, apple and spinach.

It also relaunched its juice shots range last February.
