Just used your new first avenue branch in Harlow essex. At 09:40 am today. Went to the first till the girl was serving but informed us she was closing and to use the next till so we stood on the other till just to see her serve the next customer who came along when I challenged this girl she blurted out it was procedure? Then her and her mate on the second till told us to leave the store and don't come back. Which I am quite happy to do. Disgraceful attitude. I reckon if you stick with that attitude you will be bust in a year. Good luck.
