Went into Gloucester Iceland today where my wife asked if they do Sunday delivery. The answer was yes, so she shopped then was told at the checkout she was 5 minutes too late. I complained to the duty manager who told me he didn't like my attitude and it was no use complaining any higher as the management would support him. He had the customer skills of Attila the Hun. Wont use again.
