What's your favourite restaurant and why? Rosa's in Westbourne Park, London. It can be relied on for classic dishes. Its fish pie is great.

Do you prefer healthy food or junk food? Healthy food but I don't always have the will- power to resist chocolate.

Have you ever sent back or complained about a meal?

I don't trust sending things back after reading 'Kitchen Confidential' so I'm reluctant to let the restaurant know what I liked and didn't like until the end of my meal.

What's your favourite drink? Wither Hills Sauvignon Blanc.

What would you rescue from your house if it was burning down? My photo albums of family, holidays and friends and my passport.

What's your fantasy car and what do you drive? I love Nissan Figaros but there aren't many around. I drive an Audi.

What are you reading at the moment? 'A Short History of Tractors in Ukrainian' by Marina Lewycka. It's a story about two Ukrainian sisters dealing with their father's questionable remarriage.

What's the best holiday you've ever had? Two weeks in Guatemala. The culture and cuisine was unlike anywhere I'd ever been. I'd recommend it.

If you weren't talking to us, what would you be doing? We are just about to launch Heinz Organic Tomato Ketchup in the Top Down format so I'm finishing off our communications support plan.
