M&S has opened its Christmas food to order offer for 2025 with a select range of premium centrepieces, seafood platters and heat-and-eat showstoppers pitched at shoppers who want restaurant quality without the graft.
The range spans starters to desserts. Eye-catchers include the scallop en croûtes in champagne sauce, luxury shellfish platter and a 30-day matured wagyu rump joint with bone marrow butter – all designed to go straight from fridge to oven to table.
This year is an exclusive with the ‘Tom Kerridge with M&S Collection’ capsule, available only through food-to-order. It features three statement wellingtons: a fillet of British beef in hot water crust with black truffle; a turkey and stuffing rendition wrapped in pastry and finished with a crackling crumb; and a monkfish/salmon/lobster dish finished with kataifi and a shellfish bisque.
“I’ve combined top-quality meats and seafood with some pretty magical cooking techniques to create these world-class wellies and a smooth-as-silk parfait,” says celebrity chef Tom Kerridge. “Because Christmas is all about making memories around the table with loved ones, not about making a mess in the kitchen. You can leave that to me!”
