Reynolds lorry

Reynolds has opened its third new depot in the past year.

The fruit and veg wholesaler plans to accelerate growth in the south of England with new depots in Gillingham, Bury St Edmunds and Eastleigh.

The Gillingham depot opened at the end of 2015 to service Kent and East Sussex, the Bury St Edmunds depot opened in May last year to service Suffolk, Norfolk and Essex, and the Eastleigh depot opened this month to service Hampshire, Dorset and West Sussex.

“Reynolds has strategically opened three depots during the past 13 months,” Reynolds told The Grocer.

“All three depots were opened to support efficient business growth in areas previously serviced by our national distribution centre in Hertfordshire. All operate six days per week Monday to Saturday.”
