Lancashire cheesemaker Dewlay, maker of Garstang, has expanded its portfolio with a mild brie-style cheese made with Jersey milk.

Garstang White comes in 225g retail packs and a 1kg wheel for counters and delis. The company said it expected the rsp for the 225g packs to be between £3.19 and £3.29.

Garstang White will initially be available in independents and delicatessens only, but Dewlay plans to approach the major retailers to secure listings in the future.
